Buying a pre-owned vehicle is a big decision. At Hayward Mitsubishi, we want you to feel confident about the vehicle you choose.

We understand that sometimes a vehicle may not turn out to be the right fit after you drive it home. That's why eligible pre-owned vehicle purchases from Hayward Mitsubishi include our Carnamic Simple Exchange program — giving you the opportunity to choose another vehicle if you change your mind.

How Simple Exchange Works

If you purchase a pre-owned vehicle from Hayward Mitsubishi and later decide it isn't the right vehicle for you, you may exchange it for another vehicle provided the following requirements are met.

The vehicle being exchanged must:

• Be returned within 3 days of the original delivery date.
• Have been driven fewer than 200 miles from the mileage recorded at delivery.
• Be returned in substantially the same condition as when purchased, without damage or abnormal wear and tear.
• Not have been resold or transferred to another person or entity.

Additional Simple Exchange Information

• Any applicable amount previously paid toward the original vehicle purchase will be applied toward the replacement vehicle, including the down payment and agreed-upon trade-in value.
• If the purchase price of the replacement vehicle is lower than the purchase price of the returned vehicle, you will receive credit for the applicable difference. If the replacement vehicle costs more, you will be responsible for the additional amount.
• Limit of one exchange per customer and/or transaction.
• If the original vehicle was financed, the exchange is subject to lender approval and any applicable financing requirements.
